Jiya is a fashion price-comparison tool. When you search for a product on our website or use our Chrome extension on a shopping site, we look up prices across retail and resale platforms so you can find the best deal.
When you use the Chrome extension, Jiya reads the product name and price from the page you're viewing. This information is sent to our server solely to search for price comparisons. We do not collect, store, or share:
Product names and prices read from shopping pages are used only to fetch real-time price comparisons from our API. This data is not stored on our servers after the request completes.
Our API queries eBay (Browse API) and Google Shopping (via SerpAPI) to find comparable listings. These services receive only the search query (product name), not any user-identifying information.
Jiya does not maintain user accounts and does not store any personal data. Search queries are processed in real time and are not logged or retained.
